NJO's, 16u Boys Win Shoot-Out Game!
The Marin Water Polo 16U boys team recently competed in the 2024 USA Water Polo Junior Olympics tournament held from July 20-23 in Northern California. The team showcased their talent, teamwork, and determination throughout the tournament, delivering an impressive performance.
The players worked seamlessly together, supporting one another both in and out of the pool. Their dedication and commitment to the sport were commendable, and it was reflected in their strong performances.
The final game of the tournament was particularly exciting, as it came down to a thrilling shootout. One of our goalies, Will Larson, made a crucial save on one of the 5-meter shots, clinching the win for the team. This display of skill and composure under pressure showcased the team's resilience and determination to emerge victorious.
