Andrew Morris is the head coach
for the Marin Water Polo Club, a program of Aquatics in Marin.
Andrew, a 1994 graduate of UC Davis, has been involved with the
sport of water polo for many years in Marin County, Northern
California, and on a national level.
Locally, he began working
with the Marin Water Polo Club in 1989 when it had approximately 20
active members. Since then he has worked with local communities and
swim programs to expand that number to over 200. Both the men's and
women's programs continue to grow. His women's program has
had teams that have placed at all levels in the National Junior
Olympics. The two programs foster the youth of Marin to play
outside the local club system. Andrew's players have gone on
to play in collegiate programs across the
country.
The Marin Water Polo Club
has players who have represented USAWP (United States Water Polo)
on all levels of the youth, Junior, National, and Olympic
teams. Currently Andrew is
boys water polo coach at Novato High
School.
